Where do you source your fabrics?
The majority of all our fabrics are carefully hand selected from trusted vintage dealers from all over the globe, giving us the ability to create special pieces from fabrics with heritage that you cannot find anywhere else. All fabrics that are bought new are sourced in the USA with careful consideration and a strong preference to natural fibers.
Where you you manufacture your products?
Everything is designed and manufactured in our studio in Tolland, Connecticut, USA.

Are the Soy Candle glass jars dishwasher-safe?
Yes! It helps to wash with warm soapy water to try and eliminate most o the wax residue before dishwashing.
How do you hand-paint your fabrics?
All hand-painted designs start with a new, all natural-fiber textile and are carefully hand-painted in our Tolland, CT studio with a variety of techniques, exclusive to MIZU brand.
We love hand-painted fabrics because they make each design a special piece of wearable art.

How long are your neckties?
Neckties come 58" standard. Please contact if you'd like shorter or longer.

What do your products mean by 'Vintage'
Any product called 'Vintage' has been handcrafted from a New vintage textile- meaning the fabric has never been used and its approx 20+ years old.
How long does it take for custom work?
On average, between 7-15 business days. Larger orders are subject to a longer lead time. If you need a project rushed, please contact us.

What Inspires you?
Earth, Travel, Culture & Knowledge. All designs stem form a central inspiration point of a desire to explore the earth and experience all that it has to offer. Designs reference a specific spaces of the world in an effort of shed light on a new culture, to evoke old memories or inspire you to create new ones. We want you to go explore far and wide, come home and share stories with your friends and to look good the entire journey.
