Here at MIZU brand, Every single product is mindfully handcrafted with close attention to detail. Each product goes through an extensive Quality Inspection before they are shipped to your doorstep. For that reason, we do not offer returns on all of our products. 
  
Due to the perishable / intimate nature of some of our products, we do not allow any returns on any Candles, Botanical Fragrances, Eye Masks or Room Mists. If there is ever any damage during the shipment process, please send a photo of the damage to info[@]mizubrand.com and we are more than happy to send you a replacement.


Not the right scent for you? We want you to find your candle, and are happy to offer exchanges on any candle that has never been lit, within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all exchanges.

 
Wearable soft goods ( Neckties, Bow Ties, Pocket Squares, Scarves, Jewelry ). 
We understand that sometimes you need to see these in person to fully understand if they will work with your wardrobe. We offer a full refund  or exchange on any of these “wearables” within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for all shipment costs on returns and exchanges.
