How long until my order ships? 

 

All orders are filled and shipped within 1-3 business days ( Monday - Saturday ).

Please allow up to 10 business days for all custom orders.

ALL in-stock orders over $125 ship free within the Continental US.

FLATE RATE SHIPPING: 

  • All orders totaling $124.99 or less : ship for a flat rate of $5.00 or $8.50. Shipping rates are based on package weight and are calculated at checkout.
     
  • All orders over $125.00  ship for free!

** Eau de Parfums -- Please note; these perfumes are considered flammable ( due to the high content of organic cane alcohol ) , and are legally required to ship via Ground services. Only available to ship within the United States.

USPS First Class Mail Service : Approx 3-5 Business Days
USPS Priority Mail : Approx 1-3 business days
USPS Priority Express : 1-2 Business days. 
Shipping times to Alaska & Hawaii may take an additional transit time.

International Shipping:

All international orders are shipped via USPS International Mail. Shipping time varies with each country, but generally takes anywhere from 10 - 25 business days, depending on parcel and local customs. 

Shipping rates are based on package weight and are calculated at checkout. 

While every effort will be made to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel, MIZU brand cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit when shipping with USPS First Class International Mail.  For this reason, we suggest shipping with USPS Priority mail, with insured delivery.

Sales Tax / VAT
All sales are exclusive of any VAT or import tax. Your country may require you to pay taxes upon retrieval of your package. For more information, please contact your local postal service.


 


Damaged and Lost Packages

While every effort will be made to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel, MIZU brand cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

But fear not, 
We've partnered with ROUTE, a premium order insurance service.
At checkout, you can opt to include this insurance, that covers all risk of damage, theft and lost packaged - anywhere in the world. We've been using them for years and they are very quick and easy to work with. 

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, Please contact us and we would be happy to help you file a claim with ROUTE. . 

 

 

Cancelation Policy

Change your mind? We work hard to get your order shipped as quickly as possible; contact us within 6 hours of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund. 

 

 

Returns + Exchanges

We want you to love what you buy.
MIZU gladly accepts returns & exchanges of unopened / used goods*. Please contact us within 14 days of Delivery date.

  • Returns must reach our studio within 21 days of delivery date.  
  • Buyers are responsible for cost of return shipment. Original shipment costs and any shipping insurance are non-reffundable.    

** Due to the perishable / intimate nature of some of our products, we do not allow any returns on any  Perfumes, Eye Masks or Hair Oils. Candles that have been used are not eligible for returns.

If you're interested in trying any fragrance, we high suggest purchase a sample prior to a full size.
